Considering the fact that majority of you picked the Sixers to finish under .500, why are we not pleasantly surprised the team is over .500 right now. Since when is Philly a given to beat Milwaukee, NJ and Knicks??? According to all of you who said this team would suck. That means the Sixers are better than the sucky teams and just not as good as the great teams. I dont care how well they would've played, I doubt very seriously their record would be any better than 3-2 anyway. They may have not gotten blown out but Orlando probably still would've beat them and even if they had survived Orlando, Boston was beating opps by and avg of 19, and what makes Philly any better than Cleveland whom Boston beat by 24? The way I see it, if a team can struggle as their starting 4 and 5 avg a combined 19 pts 8 rebs per game!! As our starting pg struggles but works on D and gives us 17,5 & 5, not to mention Speights, whom should be starting. I'm pretty optimistic about what its going to be like when they actually get it together.

He's averaging 18, 6, and 6 with 2 steals...what more do you want out of the guy? He's like top 15 in the league in Assists, a top 40 scorer, top 5 in steals, top 35 in Double Doubles...All on a team without a shooter, low post game, or an offense in general.

yep. the same guy who got the rebound and hit the ft's to make it a 3 point game. he also stole the ball on the last second 3 at the end. yeah, he sure sucked tonight.

PUT BARKLEY IN A NBA VIDEO GAME! exapmles of christianrap: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wR4YuABGOjU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w6ac1BSWxmM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWZf39lBfGo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TDn6qFeR_Xg It's not necessarily the responsibility of the go-to guy to involve everyone around him. That's what a point guard is for. But Iguodala has been doing that, too. "He does that on his own," Cheeks said. "I wouldn't say it's his responsibility, but because of the attention paid to him getting to the middle of the floor, he has options to pass to different guys. It's every guy's responsibility, if a guy is open, to pass the ball."

We won, but it was against a depleted Nets team, that isn't that good to begin with. What I'm saying is we need more from Iggy. I just dont see that killer instinct. This game shouldnt come down to the final couple minutes. I put Iggy on the same tier as a Brandon Roy. Roy had 25 points last night against the Spurs in a win. Iggy had 16 points against 8 bench players from Jersey in a nail biter...

lol, i'll give you that one...I'm just venting. Iggy is our #1 guy, and he already didnt bring it for the Boston and Orlando game. at least give me something exciting to watch against the NETS.

I agree Iggy needs to be more aggressive at the offensive end. he needs to keep attacking the basket. and take more shot as possible he's stats shows that he can score and create shots for his teammates. he averages 19 pts 6 rebs. and 6 assist. if Iggy wants to put the 6ers on his shoulder he must be more aggressive and must have the killer instinct to be able to win against strong teams.

If only he can put up atleast 23 points 6 rebounds and 5 assist a night in a consistent basis sixers will reach playoffs.

Yeah Iggy needs to put up Lebron numbers to basically be respected by Sixer fans.
