only have 17 minutes late in the 4th quarter? I understood why he sat some of the 2nd since Smith played so well but he didn't need to sit so long then after having 8 pts in the first 10 minutes. He then has been phased out of the offense ever since or has been on the bench. If this is how Jordan is going to play him and sticks with a guard heavy lineup then he needs to be traded. Thad pretty much shot us out of the game against the celtics when we had a 15-8 lead. We don't have a Jordan, kobe or lebron on this team so I don't understand Iguodala, Thad and especially Dalembert taking the ball in isolation type sets. Brand averaged 20 and 10 for two teams not just one before he came here. Even though Webber was on one leg we managed to ruin two power forwards career stats of 20 and 10 because we can't play to their style. As I said, Webber I understand but Brand is different. He isn't soft, he works hard. He shows he still has it when he drove to the basket and scored with his left hand. |

Yeah, I don't get it. He looked like he was on his way to possibly his best game as a Sixer... then he's the first of the starters to get yanked by Jordan, doesn't come back in til late in the 2nd, and barely gets any run in the 2nd half. Something must be up between him and Jordan. |

| Could it have had anything at all to do with the smaller line-up? |

Are you saying we match the other teams lineup now? I've always been in favor of the small lineup if it's working but only for a handful of minutes. The size of Brand over Bobby Simmons, for example who was playing pf, is better in our favor. Instead we have Green out there jackin up shots. I'm not saying each player has his place but this is a pattern now. Brand didn't get the ball much in any previous games this year. People wonder why he isn't averaging the stats he did in previous years. It's simple: In chicago and LA he averaged 15 shots per game. Here he is averaging less than 10. |

:"if this is how Jordan is going to play him and sticks with a guard heavy lineup then he needs to be traded." YES EVERY TEAM IN THE LEAGUE IS WAITING FOR THE CHANCE TO TRADE THEIR STAR PLAYERS FOR MR BRAND WHO IS NOW BECOMING 11 PPG AND 5 BOARDS PER |

My point exactly my pindick friend. We lose either way. If we're not going to play him or get him the ball when he is on the court then we'll never be able to trade him either. |
