dropped another 5.Doing a circuit routine 4-5 days per week. Abs 2-3 days per week. Start adding cardio this afternoon.Hit the qym at 5:45 am for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Abs take about half an hour.
Watching my diet closely.
I'll be ripped in 3 weeks.Just in time for the pool opening.
