D-Jax is becoming cliche, McCoy got love from day 1, Kolb is the back-up QB...which makes Maclin, a budding star who hasn't gotten enough shine yet to put you in the "just like everybody else" crowd...gotta go Maclin (PLUS, with D-Jax getting Terrence Newman, Maclin will ABUSE Dallas' #2 CB, Jenkins I believe...)

If you get the Kolb jersey, you have to get the matching John Deere hat.

Goes well with a variety of outfits. You can wear it with flannel, wife-beaters and t-shirts with cutoff sleeves.

DJax, every team wishes they had him, even people who hate the Eagles.

But if you want another Hoying jersey, so be it.

Sounds like you got a recipe for a four quarter fashion show.

You'll puzzle the heck out of the fans around you, much like "E-gor" did with Dr. "Frahnkensteen".... "what hump?"

I got my DJax earlier in the season. I'm gonna get a Maclin very soon. I'm not sure about McCoy because of the whole number change issue. I don't want to get his jersey only for him to switch to #25 once the season ends. I would like to get Celek.

Serious answer, go with Maclin. Non-serious answer? Be one of those cool guys with his own name on the back of the jersey.

My Mom got me a official NFL Jersey, 54 of course, with my name on the back, for Christmas. She made a point to say how expensive it was. I only wear it at home watching the game alone. She asks to see it from time to time. Horrible.

Oh man...that's a shame Chris54s. In light of your story, the Tonner will never make fun of a person wearing a personalized jersey again. If Mother Tonner bought her son a jersey like that, the Tonner would wear it and damn the consequences. You have an outstanding mother and you should cherish her.

She watched three boys play, all at leat four years apart. Play from 7 through college. Probably saw a 1000 games. Didn't know anything about football. About five years ago we start a family pool, pick four games against the spread every week. She all of sudden into football. My brothers and I, all fans of different teams, tell her she has to pick a favorite. Her and her new husband pick the Steelers. Now they are the insane gold and black couple. World didn't need more of those.

Haha...good story...those Steelers definitely have far-reaching tentacles. Maybe one of these years they'll be bad and their minions will find another team.

i have to ask, what's the significance of 54? is that your birth year?

i'm going to order my jersey from one of those online wholesalers. my friend told me that he got an authentic jersey for like ~60.

Coincidentally, wearing a jersey w/ your name on the back was the #1 reason to know you are a douche bag today on Mike and Mike.....ironically, listening to Mike and Mike everyday was #2!

NEW JERSEY: DON'T WORRY....WE HATE YOU TOO!

They should have had a caveat in there like "wearing a jersey with your name on it not purchased by a mother, child or wife". BTW, totally agree on the Mike and Mike thing. The Tonner hasn't been a dbag in a long time and was only one for a short time until he got fed up with all the steroid talk when nothing else is going on.

Of those three go Maclin. Why? Because he has his 1st round pick money and will be around for the next 5 years. DJax's contract will become an issue after this year, Shady's will too in the next couple of years if he blows up, and we all know that nothing is a given when contracts become an issue with this FO. Nothing worse then getting a jersey and having that player gone within a year or two.
